No cash refunds
Store credit available when merchandise is returned within 10 days, in original condition with tags attached.
For purchases made in our "shop online" store, returned items must be received within 18 days from the date
the item was shipped to you from Suneri. You are responsible for any shipping costs. To avoid shipping costs,
you may bring the item to our store. In the event that you need to return an item by mail, please contact us
for additional return instructions.
Store credit is valid for 12 months
Special orders and altered merchandise may not be returned or exchanged
Clearance and markdown merchandise may not be returned or exchanged
Our "shop online" store accepts payments via PAYPAL, and through PayPal (even if you do not have a PayPal account),
we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK CARDS, and BANK TRANSFERS as payment options.

For items purchased through our online store, we normally ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days
from the time your payment is received. Domestic orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail and actual
delivery time will vary according to your USPS Zone. (In most cases shipping averages 2-3 business days.)
For faster shipping, you can also choose USPS Express Mail.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons,
large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Any item that is "out of stock" will be back-ordered and will be shipped immediately upon completion.
If an ordered item is unavailable, e.g., no longer being produced, you will receive a full refund.
If for any reason the item(s) that you receive are damaged, please contact us as soon as you find any
defect and we will replace it as soon as possible.
