Since launching her own label MOUSKA, designer Berna Fotocan has put all her ambition to create a line to make women feel their femininity and individuality within her designs.

"All objects, stories and different places I have been led me to different journeys. I sometimes feel like I have been traveling between dreams and reality and getting all my inspiration from different lives of different times and characters. These unique characters whisper me the inspiration underlies on each of my collections."

She received her college degree in Business and began her long journey in fashion as a buyer at the most well known and high-end department store chain Beymen (www.beymen.com.tr) in Istanbul, she co-worked with Italian designers on private label collections as well. Before she relocated to New York she led all the collections and retail operation for Mexx. She received her second degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design in New York and assisted to Luca Orlandi, founder and designer of prestigious brand Luca Luca in 2006. She initiated her own fashion design company and launched her own label MOUSKA in New York in 2007.
